Shallipopi, the self-proclaimed President of the Plutomania empire, has returned with a high-octane anthem titled “420.” Released through Plutomania Records and ONErpm, the track is a masterclass in street-pop, defined by the artist’s trademark “talk-singing” and rhythmic, nonchalant flow.
Built over a bass-heavy groove, the song utilizes clever street metaphors to reinforce the distinct Plutomania brand. Functioning as a celebratory tribute to his carefree lifestyle, the track features punchy, minimalist production that keeps Shallipopi’s charisma front and center.
